Alerting Customers of a Venue Closure
From time to time, you may close the business during your usual
business operating hours.
Until now, the system hasn’t alerted the customer that the venue is
closed. It has simply just given the customer no availability to book.
This can be difficult to understand why, for both the venue and the
customer, as there is no detail given. We can inform the customer the
venue is not taking bookings during the selected slot

To input a Venue Closure, you will need to pop into Settings and Select Venue Closings.
Here you will be able to input the Reason for your Closure, the message you wish to show your
customers, and also the date and time range of your closure.
If your closure is for more than one day, enter the start date and time and the end date and time.

For Example, if you are closing on Christmas Eve at 1pm until the day after Boxing Day - your
Start Date would be 24/12/20xx, Start Time of 13:00. Your End Date would be 26/12/20xx, End
Time 23:59.
