Accessing Support

You can access help and support for non-urgent queries from SMART via a few methods:

- Creating a Support Ticket

Help Guides

We have created a collection of Help Guides to help you with BookMy Solution. Whether that be creating new packages, events, or accessing reports, we have a help guide to take you step-by-step.

From your BookMy Solution homepage, you will have a Help tab towards the top right of your screen.

Now that you have selected the Help tab, you will have two boxes, one to Help Guides and the other how to create a support ticket. Select Help Guides


How to Create a Support Ticket

If you have any queries and require some help from a member of our team, please don't hesitate to contact us. To raise a support ticket, you will firstly need to Select the Help tab at the top right of your BookMy Solution.


This will then load our 'How can we help you?' page, this will allow you to view some help documents that may help answer your query, or alternatively, you can select Create a Support Ticket.

If you have chosen to create a support ticket, this will auto-fill your email address that is linked to your user to receive the response. Please type your query and press send, we will aim to get back to you within our SLA.



Alternatively, you can email the support ticketing system directly via support@smart-entertainment.co.uk

General Query

If you have a General Query that can wait until we are back in the office, please raise a support ticket either via the Help Section of your BookMy Solution, or email us at support@smart-entertainment.co.uk

Determining the urgency level of your query 

Looking at the table will help you determine what level of urgency you should assign to your query.



Business Critical - If your query is Business Critical - Call us on 0333 444 0944, Select Option 2

One of our team will look to answer your call, if we miss your call, we aim to call you back as soon as possible.
