In this guide, you will learn how to activate the confrmed booking icon. This feature has a variety of potential uses, but it is up to you how you as a business wish to use the feature.  Most commonly, this icon is used to either confrm a booking has arrived in the venue or to denote that a booking has had an (answered) courtesy call.
